How we work
Process
Eight steps from your drawings to install-ready delivery.
Every project runs the same eight steps, each with a committed timeline. You always know what happens next, what it costs, and what we need from you.
- 01
Enquiry & 24-Hour Response
Send drawings, a BOQ, a tender document or a reference photo — attachments up to 25 MB. A substantive first response comes back within 24 hours, with clarifying questions where the specification needs them.
- 02
Quotation
A line-item quotation within 5 working days, priced by item and quantity, with material alternates where the budget band asks for them.
- 03
Design & Engineering
CAD shop drawings and 3D renders within 2 weeks of order for most scopes. The approved drawing is the contract; nothing is machined before sign-off.
- 04
Prototyping
A control sample or full mockup in 2–3 weeks — finish, construction and hardware approved by hand before batch production begins.
- 05
Batch Production
Manufacturing runs 6–10 weeks for most programmes, with QC checkpoints at material intake, machining, finishing and assembly, and photo reports you can forward to your client.
- 06
Pre-Delivery QC
Every piece is fully assembled, measured and photographed before packing. Batch records tie each unit to the signed control sample — unit 200 matches unit 1.
- 07
Numbered Packing & Export
Modules are numbered to the installation manual — crate 3 contains exactly what step 3 needs. Export-grade wooden crates, ISPM-15 fumigation marks, container loading plans; sea transit is 4–6 weeks to most markets.
- 08
Site Handover to Your Contractor
We deliver install-ready, not installed. Your local contractor receives manuals and node drawings 2 weeks before arrival, with remote technical support during the site works.
Start at step one
An RFQ takes five minutes. A costed proposal comes back within 48 hours.
