Fire doors are typically ordered by project — from 50 leaves upward for the best unit economics, though mixed ratings within one hotel are normal and quoted as one batch.

Standard terms are T/T with a 30 percent deposit and 70 percent against copy of bill of lading. Letters of credit are accepted for established accounts; first orders typically run on the standard T/T schedule.

Export-grade wooden crates with ISPM-15 fumigation marks, moisture barriers, numbered modular packing matched to the installation manual, and a container loading plan issued before stuffing. Pieces that can travel flat are engineered to, which cuts container count.

Our door lines are engineered and tested to EN 1634-1 for Ei 30, Ei 45 and Ei 60 classifications under the EN 13501-2 framework. Certification documents and test reports are available on request with any quotation.

No, and the price reflects it. We deliver install-ready: pre-assembly inspection, numbered modules, installation manuals and node drawings, and remote technical support during the works. Your local contractor performs the site installation — most general contractors prefer keeping site labour in one contract.

Material and finish sample boards are free for architects, designers, procurement companies and trading partners, and ship within one week. Mockups and control samples are charged at cost and credited against the production order.
