FANTINE — Manufacturing

OEM Furniture Manufacturer

OEM and ODM wood furniture and fire doors for trading companies — your brand, our factory.

FANTINE manufactures OEM and ODM programmes for global trading companies, procurement firms and hotel project teams: contract furniture, millwork and European-standard fire doors, built to your drawings or developed from your brief, in one factory in Huizhou, Guangdong. Enquiries receive a substantive response within 24 hours; quotations are line-item and carry a week-by-week schedule.

OEM: build to your drawings

You supply the design, the specification and the hardware standard; we manufacture to them. Substitutions are documented as deviation reports, never made silently. A signed control sample governs every batch, so unit 200 matches unit 1 across phases. White-label packing — your brand on the product, the crates and the documents, with neutral export packing where the programme requires it — and NDA protection are standard, not negotiable extras.

ODM: develop from a brief

Without a design team of your own, bring us a reference image, a performance brief or a tender document. We return concept layouts, engineered CAD drawings, 3D renders and a physical sample in 2–3 weeks for most items. The render packages also serve tender bids: trading companies use our renders and dimensioned drawings to bid hotel and commercial projects before a single unit is produced, at a fixed price per item. Drawing rights are settled in writing under NDA.

Why trading companies keep the account

One factory covers wood, metal, paint and upholstery, so cross-material pieces are dry-fitted before packing instead of argued over on site. Complex custom work — curved, oversized, multi-material, carved — is routine production here, which means your hardest enquiries stop being the ones you decline. Export packing is install-ready: numbered modular crates, installation manuals, node drawings and remote support for your contractor, with ISPM-15 fumigation and container loading plans as standard. Payment terms are T/T 30/70, and samples are credited against the first production order.

The base is a factory of roughly 40,000 m² (to be confirmed) running six workshops, with combined capacity across furniture and door lines in the hundreds of thousands of units per year (to be confirmed) and export experience across more than 30 countries (to be confirmed). Recent programmes illustrate both modes: 480 Ei 30 fire doors supplied as numbered hardware-matched sets for a 480-key resort, and a 12-metre serpentine bar counter in curved laminated timber, stone and brass — the kind of enquiry OEM clients send us when their previous factory declined it. Send the hardest item in your catalogue or tender first; it prices the programme honestly and sorts the capable factories from the confident ones. Response within 24 hours.
