Sample dataFANTINE — Manufacturing
Hotel Furniture Factory
Contract-grade FF&E for hotel guestrooms and public areas — engineered, built and packed in one factory.
Hotel furniture lives a harder life than anything in a home: 365 occupied nights a year, daily housekeeping, luggage impacts and a brand standard that cannot drift between floor 3 and floor 23. FANTINE manufactures hotel FF&E — guestroom packages, public-area furniture and joinery — in its own factory in Huizhou, Guangdong, and delivers install-ready to properties worldwide, with OEM and ODM programmes for trading companies and procurement firms.
What we manufacture
Guestroom programmes cover beds and headboard wall panels, wardrobes, desks, credenzas and minibar units, typically at 100 to 500 keys per phase. Public areas cover lounge seating, dining sets, reception desks and bar counters, including curved and multi-material counters that most factories decline. Back-of-house joinery follows the same specification discipline as the front of house.
Built to contract, not adapted to it
Contract-grade is a specification, not an adjective. Carcasses are engineered panels and kiln-dried timber at 8–10 percent moisture content; joints are glued, doweled and corner-blocked; seating foam is specified by density for its duty cycle; upholstery meets the fire standard your market requires — BS 5852, CAL 117 or EN 1021 — with certificates supplied. Hardware is consolidated across the room package so the maintenance team carries a small spare-parts shelf, and replaceable-cover constructions let a chair be re-upholstered on site in minutes instead of replaced.
Complex custom is routine work
Curved headwall systems, book-matched feature walls, oversized one-piece panels and carved or inlaid detail are production lines here, with full-scale templates, laminated formwork and dry-fitting on our floor before anything is crated. Send the difficult items first — they price the programme honestly.
Delivery model
Every programme runs shop drawings and a signed control sample, prototypes in 2–3 weeks, production in 8–13 weeks, and pre-assembly inspection before numbered modular packing. Room-by-room kits let the local contractor clear a floor in days; our manuals, node drawings and remote support keep the site team off the phone. Enquiries are answered within 24 hours, and quotations are line-item at two or three budget points where alternates make sense.
Quality is documented, not asserted. QC checkpoints sit at material intake, machining, finishing and assembly; seating platforms are cycle-tested to contract standards; and every room set is fully assembled on our floor before packing — measured, photographed and tied to the signed control sample. Progress photo reports go to your team at each checkpoint, so you can brief your client without a flight. Programmes are quoted line-item, with value-engineering alternates priced at two or three budget points where the design allows them, typically recovering 15 to 40 percent of package value without a visible change.
