These terms govern the use of this website. They are a working draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication. Supply of goods is governed by the individual quotation and contract issued for each project, which prevail over anything stated here.

Use of this website

The content of this site — text, images, drawings and downloads — is provided for general information and project evaluation. You may not reproduce product designs, installation details or technical documentation for manufacture by a third party without written permission. Sample projects marked SAMPLE are illustrative.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the drawings, quantities and specifications provided; changes to any of these may change the price. An order is formed when the buyer signs the shop drawings and pays the deposit under the agreed payment terms — typically T/T 30/70. Lead times quoted run from drawing approval and receipt of deposit, and are estimates in good faith, not guarantees.

Scope of delivery

Unless a contract states otherwise, FANTINE supplies goods install-ready: factory-inspected, numbered modular packing, installation manuals and node drawings, with remote technical support. Site installation is performed by contractors appointed by the buyer and is outside FANTINE’s scope and liability. Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm. Warranty terms — two years on construction and hardware, one year on finishes and upholstery, against manufacturing defects under normal contract use — apply from the date of delivery.
