WPC Fire Door Ei 30
The Ei 30 WPC fire door replaces timber skins with water-resistant wood-plastic composite, for the positions where wooden leaves historically fail: coastal humidity, wet treatment rooms, sanitation zones, spa and pool areas, and high-frequency service traffic. It delivers 30 minutes of integrity (E) and insulation (I) to EN 1634-1 under the EN 13501-2 framework.
The leaf pairs WPC skins with an engineered core qualified for the rating, edge-sealed against moisture ingress so the door will not swell, rot or rust. Faces are seamless and cleanable, which is why hospital and hospitality maintenance teams specify it: no repaint cycle, no delaminating lipping, no water damage at the bottom rail where mopping hits hardest.
The rating still belongs to the whole assembly — steel-reinforced frame, EN 1935 hinges, EN 1154 closer, EN 12209 lock and matched intumescent seals, all CE-marked, with vision panels only in tested sizes. Surfaces come in wood-grain melamine, plain colour or painted finish, so WPC doors can sit next to wooden doors in one corridor without reading as a different product line.
Certification documents are available on request. Doors ship as numbered, hardware-matched sets with frame templates and node drawings, install-ready for the local contractor. OEM programmes for trading companies run on the same line — enquiries answered within 24 hours.
