FANTINE — Manufacturing

Custom Millwork Manufacturer

Architectural millwork and casegoods — curved, oversized and multi-material — machined to the millimetre.

Millwork is where hospitality and commercial projects are won quietly: the wall panels that align across a 40-metre corridor, the reception desk that survives a decade of luggage, the wardrobe interiors housekeeping can actually clean. FANTINE is a custom millwork manufacturer in Huizhou, Guangdong, with wood, metal, paint and assembly under one roof — so the veneer, the trim and the lacquer agree with each other because they were matched in the same building.

What we manufacture

Architectural wall and ceiling panels, reception and bar counters, wardrobes and casegoods, doors and frames, and feature joinery for lobbies, restaurants, guestrooms and back-of-house. CNC machining holds tolerances to ±0.5 mm on machined parts; veneer work is pressed and book-matched in-house; solid timber is kiln-dried to 8–10 percent moisture content for dimensional stability in air-conditioned interiors. Where the design crosses materials — brass inlays in timber, stone tops on timber carcasses — the pieces are dry-fitted on our floor, not discovered on site.

Where complex geometry is normal

Curved and irregular forms are built on laminated formwork from the merged 3D model, with full-scale templates checked against site dimensions. Oversized one-piece panels, sculpted reception desks, marquetry and carved detail are production lines, not exceptions — and complex sections are trial-assembled complete, photographed and numbered before crating.

Engineered for budget and for shipping

Millwork is also where value engineering pays fastest: veneer over engineered substrate in place of solid timber, carcass modularisation across room types, and finish consolidation typically recover 15 to 40 percent of package value with no visible change. Flat-pack engineering matters just as much — one wardrobe system redesigned for flat packing cut a recent programme’s container count from 19 to 14, a saving that never appears on a unit-price comparison.

Production runs 8–13 weeks from drawing sign-off, with QC checkpoints at material intake, machining, finishing and assembly, and photographic reports you can forward to your client without a site visit. Enquiries are answered within 24 hours.

Sectors we serve include hotels and resorts, serviced apartments, offices, restaurants and private residences, with export documentation, ISPM-15 fumigation and container loading plans standard on every shipment. Site dimensions come to us as a survey, a BIM model or a set of 1:1 site conditions; complex sections are returned as dimensioned drawings with tolerance stack-ups before cutting starts. Where millwork meets other trades, we issue fixing and interface details early so the local contractor coordinates substrates and services before the crates arrive — the difference between a two-day install and a two-week argument. Enquiries receive a substantive response within 24 hours, and the difficult items are quoted first.
